Everyday we wake up and go through the same routine, same song and dance. Sure, its comforting and you know what is going to happen for the most part. How many of us daydream of something more. SNAP. Back to reality. What were you dreaming of? A better job? Better relationship? Fame? What I dream of is within reach, the only problem is I'm afraid of not reaching it. Failure has never been an option for me. Perfectionist. Yesterday I had an epiphany about my life. I've always been intrigued by films (thats why I write blogs on movies) and I love to write. Put those two together and what does it equal? A screenplay. Eureka! Going to write a screenplay this year. I don't know the subject, characters, nothing yet but I'm just going to start writing and see what happens. The best way to approach such an obstacle is to actually read other screenplays. Currently, I'm reading the beautifully written "Blue Valentine." Surprisingly, there are plethora of websites that allow you to read screenplays for free. SCORE! Its going to be hard and I will feel like giving up around page 50 but I'm not going to give up. If ya'll are lucky maybe I'll post the first few pages soon and you guys can give me feedback.
*For those of you who know that I'm also doing my personal training stuff, well I'm still doing that but in my free time I'm going to be locked away without any distractions. Anyways, I'll keep posting my journey through all my struggles. And thats all folks!
